 2 You will hold harmless the noiseGPT Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or any breach of this disclaimer;
 3 The noiseGPT Parties make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the Service or its output for any particular purpose, and expressly disclaim any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
 4 You acknowledge that noiseGPT's "not celebs bot" voices are not actual voices of celebrities, thus the name "not celebs". Any resemblance to actual voices is a matter of interpretation of each individual and does not mean any endorsement of people whose voice is susceptible to be similar to the ones the "not celebs bot" produces.
By using the noiseGPT's text-to-speech service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this legal disclaimer.
